Joe Paredes opened Art and Framing Gallery on November 1st, 1992. Over the years, he has continued to feature a number of prominent local artists. Art and Framing Gallery also specializes in custom framing, and their clients include UTEP athletics, Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino, and many other local businesses.
